ingame /gm command takes u to report bug window that says "service is unavailable" and that you should use the forum Suppor 4Game but there is no report bug option. What is this? Seriously. Passive skills are not working! I can confirm Spell Master and Evolution Defense but Im certain many others dont work as well.
What do you mean 'dont work'? Both skills 'Spell Master' and 'Evolution Defense' working as intended. Probably, you're calculating the final skill effect incorrectly, all bonuses are applied to the base values.
