Hey! This week I downloaded 4game and installed the launcher to play RO: Prime. The launcher succesfully downloaded RO: Prime. Today I tried to play the game, and 4Game launcher asked me to install it. Then comes this screen that says "Choose installation path:" but nothing happens, and the "Install" button looks disabled (grey). I tried deleting the path folder C:\Games\Ragnarok, deleted temp files, clean cache, re-installing 4Game, but nothing worked. I can't even find the RO: Prime files downloaded in the first place :S I already submitted a support ticket, but in the meanwhile... maybe some of you guys have already struggled with this and can help me? Thanks
Did you already done that in the order? 1. Close 4game launcher, make sure it's not in the process list 2. Go to %temp% and purge everything 3. Eventually restart computer 4. Re-install 4game launcher over existing installation With what you have written, I'm unsure if you made 1+2+3+4.
Yes I did it that way and didn't work. But I have solved it already anyway. It wasn't working because I was using a different internet connection. It only worked once I got back home and tried to install it again, this time with the same internet connection used to download 4game and RO prime. WEIRD, but it worked Thanks
