Server migration charapter deletion

    i need to delete the charapter ashan from the server core beccause i want use the charapter ashan of aria (iss 87)

    i have request the dissolution of the clan akalonlegion leader ashan of core in order to delete it, but at the mantinance the clan isn't disbanded

    please help me.
