event with "epic" reward should have some fair distinctions made, usually epics go on the highest lvl/strongest ppl. event in which a 1 lvl char or a 99 lvl char have same chance to obtain an epic would be totally unfair.

 

limited time epics could be nice idea for events like 7-days/30-days...
