critical error

i have this critical error .
does anyone has found any solution to solve this one?
i know this caused from amd proccessor etc. just if someone has update infos i want to know

try to remove option.ini from your system folder and launch the game.

 

it didnt help . same critical remains.

 

could you paste your pc specification (it should be on top of the error - windows copy, processor, ram etc)

install service pack package for windows7

 

finally after 1 year and more i dont have random critical error!!!!! thx very much casillas it was windows service pack update!!!!
