Can't start game

hi, i have a problem, then i start game after frost and etc screens, then it seems what game started i see black screen(like loading) and then i hear game music where should appear screen for accept and select server appears an error l2.exe -application error
the instruction at 0x6a0770e0 referenved memory at 0x6a0770a(). the memory could not be read. click on ok tu terminate the program. i tryed to reinstall game, deleted antivirus, but it dont help. maybe u could help me somehow.

 

so maybe anyone knows solution?

if you are using ati gpu, please clean reinstall your gpu drivers.
