No. The Joon's Magic buff does not stack with Art of Seduction, and the Art of Seduction in its turn cannot be stacked with Ghost Potion. They all have the same buff-type. Yes, they will. In fact all these xp runes III (1-99) have no level restriction. It's just in their in-game descriptions.

be careful, kartia solo mobs don't give any xp. this also applies to the boss. if you watch closely, when you last hit the boss, you'll see in log "you've earned 0 xp and 0 sp", then you'll see the xp reward of the instance. it means that kartia solo in fact gives a "quest xp reward", making this instance less efficient is you're in pa, even less if you're in pa+double xp event, and totally garbage if you're in pa+rune 200%+double xp event.
It does. Growth - You mean Emperor's Growth Scroll? Yes, the rune stacks with Freya's Scroll and Emperor's Growth Scroll. But keep in mind that the Emperor's Growth Scroll itself doesn't stack with Freya's Frozen Scroll. Regarding the passive bonuses, if items have different passive skills in the skill window, they actually stack.
i think while correct, this can be upgraded as follows: pa (2x*2) + vit (2x*2) + rune 200% (2x*2) + freya (1x*2) + eruption potion (1x*2) + nevit (.5x*2) + agathion (.2x*2) mentee (.05x*2) + light (.03*2) = impressive 17,56x, or total 1.756%!
