fixes and changes made during an unscheduled maintenance on 19th of september:

• fixed an error that made it impossible to pick up the combat flag when in close proximity of the bow shaft and, as a result, capture the castle.
• the rule of item distribution for nerva orc merchant has been changed (it is now based on the amount of damage done)
• awakened characters cannot be buffed by the adventurers' guide npc.
• fixed an error that allowed picking up the combat flag from command barracks during a siege.
• “petition” section was removed from “service” menu.
• localization fixed.

a known issue of the patch:
incorrect display of vitality items avaliable upon the switching between classes. the problem can be solved by changing the quantity of avaliable vitality items/or restarting the game client.
