Core staff, you all should be fired and should give back all money that innova paid you for your lazyness xd

 

guess they want us to quit the game, and I can see that fragola is not even bothered to say something about the rage ppl placed already after todays maintanance

We hope for good stuff, not just some basic ****. Specially on ramona. Some really good farming event with drops, not make 30k items and get elcyum powder.
And please, never come with fishing event here.

 

Who cares about ramona here ? This is Core section xD

 

Be patient as much as we can ? Well we are already beyond that, what we do now?!

You have all bug fixes? You have events? What you dont have in that case !? What are you missing to finaly put something on Core? What is left to do ?!
You have the files,fixes,events... what you need more!?

"Very very soon " this phrase is already making the Core players mad... we are hearing this for i dont know .. maybe 1 million time ...

Can't you simply do a official announcement like a proper Staff ?

P.S Bug fixes you say... Your current server is still without oly buffs in fontain arena.. server delay.. Long story short - you dont fix the current platform, neither you are releasing new one.. and u ask us for patience ? How come ?

 

I still insist that 1 simple official announcement like " We are currently testing bla bla .. we need XX amount of time . Update is supposed to be launched in XX weeks"
would be fine.

But yet no.

 

its already coming forever..
same as libra on our version your own words was: late autumn.. +- on christmas.. next year.. not january february.. +- same time as before.. now its past 1month++ from that time and we get "when time comes u will get announcement"

 

We are not asking for the release date about when update it's going to come because we understand that you don't know it yet since you said you need more time testing, but what we ask it's for Innova as a company to work in a proffesional way, announcing that update will be postponed in a discord server and a skype chat but not making an announcement both ingame and forum it's an unnaceptable situation.

In the other hand, you said you need more time for testing but in the same time that you got all fixes already from other versions, that means update is most likely ready to be launched so I don't know what more tests do you need to do, but in order to test fixes you don't need more than 1-2 days that's for sure, and I know it from experience.

What you would need to do is either hire profesional testers or open some slots in the testing team so the users can help with testing and it will be everything way easier and shorter, no one can understand in 2017 how there is not open beta testing server in a game, that could solve problems way faster than you think.

No wonders how situation it's how it is with all the current unresolved bugs that are even being repeated once and again and again

As a new Core player (started like 1 month ago) I see that your communication skills twords the community is rather poor and thus leading to frustration and irritation among your customers (payers or not).
Even if you are not ready to launch say event or even update, announcing the players in an officla manner via website and/or forum would solve these situations.

Answers like "soon" , "be patient as much as you can" make us belive you really dont give a rats *** about the problem
Working in sales and thus with different types of customers have teached me that giving evasiv answers only makes things worse
Its like you dont know the product you are working with, like you dont know what is happening in your own backyard.

Like MrOurk said, making an official announcement like "Dear players, we are working bla bla bla, it will take bla bla bla, we are asuming the new update/event will be ready by bla bla bla" would help ALOT.

 

what about GC:
1 - Do we get fixed exalted quest where we need to kill 10 raids (not 15 as it set by default)
2 - how about exp tables? as some players in other forum counted from 105 to 106 for west regions is equal to get 107 or even 108 in korea?

Simply you have no idea what is going to happen and everything you've been doing so far is delayed extremely but not guts to admit it or make anything official, cause comunity will eat you alive.

You failed, nothing to be ashamed of!

 

I can answer you both of the questions:

1-Yes, you will need 10 bosses instead of 15 whenever we get the update
2-XP tables are same for all overseas territories, so GL making 106 w/o full runes + at least 2 xp events at least IF anyone ever makes it, it's going to be update so ppl catch up to 105 since most of them are not, and there's no content after 105 at all

 

A new server (ramona), long delay for event expected for a long time (Red Libra) + fake promese about other event, Core server is half alive and it wont get better with time... players are frustrated by the game + by the staff. Thx Innova

We will be glad to have an event, like fishing, but it's not the good way to make Core server more alive ... an afk event.

 

dare I mention having EVERY DAY problems with Login in the game because of the website?

Ive been spending the last 30min switching between Chrome and Fox and still cant make it work

 

Thats intresting since Fragola said over a week ago in discord that we VERY soon get the Fishing event, now u say we need to wait for new update, in order to get events. Then u say we need to wait u to fix something u have no clue of what it is, neither how long it takes ... So first we dont get any events for 2 Months , then we get 5 Events in 2 Months? Hell how hard it can be, even Private Servers are fixing bugs faster then "ur Professional" team. Thats a Shame ....
