As you may remember, last year anyone could purchase Special T-shirt Packs in L2 Store with various enchantment scrolls, including rare Destruction Scrolls. We decided to repeat the popular promotion.
The conditions are the same, but the period is shorter - 1 week instead of 2.

What dragon are u crazy Hax ?

 

Hax, what for you need dragon event?
From that i see on your cp gear - you have all epics/items. Don't be greedy.

 

I need to know when dragon event is, so we can plan ahead.
I dont "need" it. But because we WILL get it (fragola confirmed already) the only logical consequence is to prepare for it

 

For me the only logical thing we can do is send ticket to support, and try convince them why that weapons is bad for server healthy. No problem with dragon weapons in one or two years when more ppl will get minimum +16 weapons, but now it's a missunderstanding, we just got brooch level 6 and now this...

 

6 bronches get who? TH and EN memebers and few donator randoms, so ofc for 90% of server population its alredy sky high items and now dragon guns ^^ they lost theyr mind

 

In order for such a game model to work, you need to have, not balance, but less of an imbalance.
Of course, people which pay should get ahead and the people which do not pay should not have a chance one on one, 2:1 or even 5:1, it is perfectly fine to give some advantages, but if you disconnect the server in haves and have not's, the few that can afford thousands of euros and want to spend it will not get value for their money as the server will have few of them and everything will be too easy, no opposition, no challenge and they will get frustrated and cash in.
If one ebayer will be able to destroy 2-3 parties of non-ebayers with medium to high gear, then the latter will avoid confrontation and come to oly naked and afk just for the matches, nor bother to come to sieges, so the ebayers can either search hard for others willing to spar or will go to grief poor people to see them "cry". Both of the options are not fun as the first one is tedious and second only suited for a certain kind of bully kids, most normal people wont do that.
In the end, both categories will get frustrated and leave, first to other premium games as there are many out there, the second to free shards where they can have a chance for the price they pay here for premium. This is happening already.
In my opinion, the approach is wrong. Getting a lot from a few, will give less than little from many in the end. Say ebayers will continue to get jewels to maintain their advantage and highly enchanted weapons, etc, but shirts, fishing baits, armor (drops from fishing heine chests), materials (crystals, elcyum, scrolls, potions, etc drop from same chests for cheap baits), at least pve stones and shadow weapons should be aplenty and very cheap so everyone can enjoy at least the pve part without the need to work hard for years and be ultra smart at trading.
The developers see this and they make it easier and easier to start up, but we need way more than paulina stuff, and not temporary, an ebayer should, of course, win against a regular player in oly, but, if the latter is similar level and with mid gear, should not be one shotted for 400k, this is not fun for either side, a fight that lasts half a second and you wait for it 5 minutes is frustrating for all parties.
So, in order to rebalance the server and give a chance to everyone (of course poor people will have to play smart to win and organize way better to compensate the wallet difference) i offer these ideas:
1. Very cheap baits for level up;
2. A return to the old fishing event baits and chests with their respective drops, of course, chance reduced if the bait is way cheaper;
3. Very abundant shadow weapons (drop from griffin eggs, but not only sealed, but full, so people will get a decent pve weapon after the quest for improved shadow ingot or much better improved drop chances for ingots in gludio instance).

This is a little list which can greatly improve the balance and give poor people at least the chance for pve after a month or two. It will produce cheap armors, cheap decent weapons for pve while maintaining a huge advantage for ebayers in pvp. They will have still their greater jewels, top brooches level 6 and top dragon weapons, but the general population wills till enjoy pve, will have cheaper top epic jewels (from fishing event), cheap decent armor (still from chests and enchanted), cheap decent weapon (enhanced shadow) and the best of them will be able to face ebayers 5:1 bringing at least a vague idea of fun and balance back and save the server.

Premium subscription will rise, baits will sell in big quantity, some people will even like pvp and invest 100 a month for it and still have a chance, the populations will grow and people will have fun and bring money. I think this is the way to go, not resign ourselves and cash in while we cans till milk it for a few months.

 

Well, also you have to consider:

1) Instead of having to dead servers, think in merge core with ramona.

2) As all know Ramona was with days count after innova put tarot in l2 store. That at the end happen. So after the merge i recommend they should think in options to have some balance in server or will be high way to hell. MaoMao give some options and im with naito in not put dragon event that will make big the difference between full geared people and mid and none geared ones.

3) Drops and quest rewards should be better so non donators as MaoMao said will find some fun in game at least with PVE. Also some new bosses in instances without fighting the entrance could be an idea because farming high lvl field bosses for non geared ppl and mid is almost impossible because all know that top clans camp them.

Well i think there are options to reorganize the game but the clue is if innova have the will to do it.

 

With all the respect to u guys for all the efforts in writting those sugestions ,but they were said before on multiple occasions and did Innova changed anything?
No and wont change anything.
First comes profit,then profit again and at the very last your opinion which is considered as: "meh,who cares?"
In the past players suggested tons of things.
Koreans doesnt care for it you shoudnt either.
