idk if i play dota poker and lineage in the same time i will probably do bettert han this guy, atleast now its clear why the other handless guy keep postings frapses (his friends probably think they are all good)

80% of ur skills are being clicked by mouse,you have skills like death breath,divinity as primary skills.. what's going on in this game

I'm definetely not the best Feoh around so if someone have better idea please share.
The red table are the primary skills to use and I think their placement is both good in PvE and PvP (small scale tested).
You can put also something important on you spacebar - it's straight under your thumb.
Rest of the hotkeys are up to you or you can even continue to click them with mouse.
My advice is: try to learn playing these 12 hotkeys smoothly, I can bet it will improve your gameplay; feoh is one of the most mobile classes and it kills its swiftness when you watch someone pressing Charge with mouse.
Of course you can also continue playing the way you play if you comfortable with that; looks like it works on your enemies anyway. Gl.
