help i have problem with 4game launcher black screen

    1. I have a problem, it won't let me play, I get a black screen, I tried everything, delete the game, but it remains the same, can someone help me please

    - Close 4game app (make sure it doesn't)
    - Open the file explorer
    - Goto %temp% directpry (type it in the adress bar)
    - Delete all files/repertory inside
    - Reinstall 4game app
