    Pet Evolution

In the world of Ragnarok many monsters can be tamed and kept as pets.To tame a particular monster you need to use the appropriate tame item according to the kind of monster you want to tame.
Find the monster you want to tame and use the bait on it. Once you do it a slot machine you appear and start rolling; Click on the slot machine to stop it and see if your attempt was successful.
If you successfully tame a pet you will receive a pet egg, which can be hatched using an incubator that can be bought with the NPC Pet Merchant.
Once you already have your pet, you can right-click on it to check information about it.

    • Name: A pet’s name can be changed only once. After that it cannot be undone.
    • Level: The basic level of the pet.
    • Hunger: Shows the pet’s hunger level. Feeding him also increases the intimacy level.
    • Intimacy: How attached your pet is to you.
    • Accessory: Pets can equip items specially designed for them.

Different pets need to eat different kinds of food. If your pet stays hungry, your intimacy level will decrease until it runs away. Different pets also have different levels of hunger tolerance and some will need to be fed more than others.

There are five intimacy levels with your pet:

    Awkward
    Shy
    Neutral
    Cordial
    Loyal

To increase your intimacy level with your pet you need to keep it happy and full. Overfeeding and dying in combat can reduce your pet’s intimacy level. To keep a certain intimacy level with your pet you can send it back to its egg with a right-click. To hatch it again you will need another incubator.
As soon as your pet reaches the loyal intimacy level it will start granting you buffs. Each pet grants different benefits to its owner so make sure to keep it happy.
Some pets can evolve and grant even better bonuses. For a pet to evolve it needs to be loyal and to be given the right items.

    Element System
If you are aware of your enemy’s element your victory is much closer. If you attack a monster with the effective element against it the damage inflicted will be much higher.
