    In order to analyze common connectivity issues and come up with precise solutions, we require that the users run Wireshark. Down below you will find a walkthrough of how to capture packets and send the data to our support.

    Wireshark
    – open-source packet analyzer for Ethernet and other networks. Downloaded from the official website:
    https://www.wireshark.org/
    Install Wireshark on your computer. During installation DO NOT uncheck the installing npcap component option.
    After starting the program (better run as Administrator), you will see the main window:

    Choose the interface. If there is more than one, choose all interfaces (You can choose one and then press Ctrl + A to select all of them) except Event Tracing for Windows (ETW) reader.

    After choosing an interface (interfaces), press the Start capturing packets icon:

    After Starting capturing packets, you can try to repeat the process that led you to the error (disconnects during the game, inability to connect etc.).
    To finish capturing packets, press Stop capturing packets:

    Now you only have to save captured packets:
