it is possible that the guy doesn't really know english, and since we are not having russian language forum, he didn't find where to write. i'll translate this as much as i can, and if someone can help him, i suppose he'll be thankful. the thing is that as long as eu server is the host of amc, may be we should try to assist him:

@sweetnight, we appreciate that you have taken it upon yourself to give updates about the amc tounament but please refrain from undermining the staff here on the forum, it is not your position to micro moderate, we have official moderators for that and regardless of a users english skills we use only that language on the main forum boards, we have seperate language sections on the forum for use of other languages and there is a russian forum if a russian user was really struggling to communicate in english here.

@romashka2009 please can you supply screenshots of the error log, check your av/firewall settings also to make sure the exclusions are correctly added.
