no its blocked. but sometimes its work. i tried this 6month ago the last time. when they did not change frost you still have the problem. mumble overlay is the same.
sometimes i have problems with ts3 overlay but i suspect my sh1ty dual video card from laptop (game launches on nvidia card and overlay on intel card) and this usually happens when i update ts.
i didn't asked have any1 got any problems with it. question was is that plugin is allowed to be used in a game. i don't want to find my account banned cuz of that stupid thing. ty for answers !
to answer this question: i am using it since day 1 in this server and i know for sure my pty members are using it also since 6 month ago and we didn't had any problems so is allowed. ts3 plugin don't act in any way on l2 files, is not reading or modifying anything in l2 so is not a 3rd pty software.
