Can't install the game..

hi, i'm trying to install lineage since the past 3 days but the fact is after i installed 4game and clicked on the update button on the website, it shows me as he's downloading the game but the statusbar stay preparing the download.
sorry my english is bad i know it's hard to understand what i mean so here is the screen where the problem is.

already tried both reinstalling 4game and launch with other browser and still the same problem :/

 

hmm weird problem.

also have you tried this:

- close all possible programs especially antyvirus/firewall to make sure its not a source of problem
- this link will check connection (though it should be okay)
- you can also use this . it checks game files and i think it downloading missing ones so maybe it will help you (guide here)

 

i tried to download the game with google chrome, internet explorer and mozilla firefox and the problem still remain on all those browers.

also i desactivated the firewall and antivirus but still nothing.
