Suggestion about a Quest

hello,im a new one to euro serve,i've been play in na serve before.

now my character is 81 and i dont spend much time to play,as i want lvl up,i join rb hunt pts or do daily quests.

i often go to do quest in mithril mines.the quest "grave robber rescue" need ppl chat to quest mobs,to receive 10 quest items.
i used to do this quest in na,and quest mobs have numbers and respawn time is fast.but when i do this in eu, i have to spend much time to wait and search quest mobs,even more and more time when other ppl also doing this quest,cuz we have to run round and round.

i wish eu group can change the mobs respawn time of this quest.
