Eternal belt

    please check eternal belt, with which ornament he works? on describe in game i see r95 clip, but npc weaver says that i need r99 clip, we dont have in game r99 clips so where is the true?

    btw i just check r95 clip with belt, but w/o any effect ;(

    there is no way to obtain r99 ornament at this moment.
