    can someone please explain exactly what does this two skills do?
    cause i've searched around many sites/forum but no trustworthy/tested/exact info about it.

    normal attack?skills?physical debuff(which?)?

    there are psysical debuffs and mental debuffs . these skills give 20% attack + 20 % debuff. its a really good skill for 90.
