If I get dissconected or critical error I can not log back

as title says if i get dissconected or critical error i can not log back till i restart my computer, doesn't matter if i kill lineageii.exe on process or i reopen my 4game launcher, it just won't work till i restart my pc.

os: windows xp sp2 32 bits

since we use web server as login, do you try clear cookies and cache?

 

when i try to log back loading... screen might log but it won't pass that, goddess launcher won't show and game won't start.

@radix, sadly right now i don't have time to install or run anything but thanks you a lot for your help as always. i'm kinda clueless but i think that tool is to check something related with the net ? i think it's more related with os since i can restart/ close my windows session and it's going to work, as soon as i've time i'll try to run your tool.

hello,

if your game crashes, and you cannot log in, but after pc restart you can, that means l2 process or frost process wasn't closed, and still figures on process list. go to your process list and kill them manually. that should help to run the game.

 

i've tryed killing my lineageii.exe process after i get dc but it didn't solve the issue, what's frost process name ? thanks.

 

sirius92, and what about lsp-screen? show it to me please (if you can of course)...

 

when i've time i'll, anyways some admin should review this problem with client/process not client, frost or dunno what the hell.

 

client process may not exiting for 1 reason (and it's not frost) =)
but we should take lsp snapshot to investigate this

 

hello, since you are using windows xp sp2, also install sp3. your system will always carry some updates.

sp2 is ok, i'm sure.
it's simple software deadlock in l2.exe (often because of cheats or 3-party mswsock-filters)
