Returning, have some questions

so i'm a 79 storm screamer returning to play some l2 and i have some questions.
since i'm sure most of the server is 9x lvl are my choices of leveling only daily quests?
i see there is some system that gifts you gear and items upon reaching a specific level. its written that the items are placed in the warehouse. i searched mine and its empty. will i only be given the items if i ding a certain level after the system was introduced?
also, anyone willing to mentor me ?

yes the rewards will only be granted upon reaching the specific levels after the system was introduced.

you can find mentors/mentees/cp's/clans etc in the recruitment section

so basicly since the last gear give-away was at 76, i totally missed my chance ?

 

you still have 3 levels rewards at 80,85 and 86. however you're right, they doesn't contain gear (except the epic jewels), but you can buy s grades from shop, and to camp some raids (open party room or search some yourself) and you'll level up to 85 really fast. on 86 you can exchange your mentee certificate for r gear. good luck!

 

there is clearly stated that chars created before some time (check correct time in announcements) wont get evo. road items.

yes and no - its only the level of the characters that existed before evo road, therefore if you were level 61 when evo road was implemented then you wouldn't get the itms from the lower levels, but you do get the items from the levels you make after the system was inplace. so characters created before evo road was added do get items, just not the ones from the previous levels.
