Question about Leatrix

hello everyone, i'm new here, i coming from the na l2 server.

i had no delay problems there, but here i experience about 1-5 seconds for every move!

a friend told me i could use a program called leatrix to reduce my response time, by what i read it increases the priority of the game comunication for the tcp/ip protocol.

my question is: is this allowed? or could i get banned for it?

leatrix is fine to use, the same with things like battleping, they are not modifying/altering/autmomating any game files.
