I cant start.....

i played on beta but now i cant play because i dont know how to start.... in web start button is missing

 

i see update button but when i click it nothink happened

 

i and my friends have the same problem... and we dont know why its not working ...

i had the same problem yesterday and i managed to solve it by installing the new updates that came out in the ms c++ .. just run the windows update and let it install them (btw after just reboot the pc and open the play page directly -just bookmark it-)
also yesterday came out a new launcher -- just unninstall the 4game app and reinstall it from the page --it will "install" the game again (dont worry cause you already have it) after all that restart and you can play

possible errors occur:
1.--check if you have a 32/64bits system
in the install programs uninstall the ms visual c++ (x86 if u have the 64 bits xp/w7/etc) or the x64 (if you have the 32 bits) --- there are many just unninstall the ones that arent supposed to be for your system--

after that check the windows update -- if there are more appearing not of your system that means you havent unninstalled all

2. check the java page online and download the last version

just these 2 parts repair 90% of all the problems any1 can have -- have fun--
