Login Doesn't reach Character Screen

i appreciate the effort the l2 innova team is putting in helping us

the thing is managed to solve all the other issues concerning managing launch the game today but i simply cant get to the character screen.. it just doesnt appear

i know that yesterday ppl would login every 10m 500 at a time.. is that measure still up?
it would help a lot if even a message appeared -- but nothing

well any information related to this issue is welcome

 

problem solved-- just did the repair on the site-- i was seeing 2 servers and now i can see only see the new core server.
