something went wrong with AH

ok so today after lidvior update i log in the game and i got 4 emails with my items from ah with the message "item period blabla ". i push the button claim items after i delete empty emails and when i check my inventory that 4 item is disapear .... how its possible ?

i'm talking about 4 pieces of xp rune iii (lv. 1-99) 50% pack (5 hours). my ingame character name is inakedi. can any gm check what is happend ? you can check my items what i own yesterday ? to see yesterday i had 12 pieces of this rune i want to sell 4 pieces at ah and now that 4 pieces from ah disapeared. i relog few times to see if not a visual bug but nothing. can somebody help me out ?!
