Chaotic essence (Dual class) bug

as i wanted to change my dual class specialisation, i was told by hardin that i do not have any chaotic essence ine my inventory. the two chaotic essence are in my inventory.
i'm a main aeroe cardinal, dual class knight eva templar.

 

you need to use chaotic essense for your main, then you are able to change dual class (according to description)

 

are you telling me that i have to you use my two chaotic essences (i use the first one, then the second one to come back to my desired specialisation) on my main class in order to use my chaotic essences (dual) ? that does not make any sense to me.

yes, i was suprised also when i tried to change my dual class...
