    hey everybody.

    to start with i'd like to say that i think i've looked over forums/technical support/google and there's nothing that might be helpful for my problem, that's why i decided to create this topic.

    so i'm polish and decided to have a try playing a polish version on l2. of course i went to the pl site, downloaded everything, pushed the start button. happy that i can see a l2 coursor all of a sudden the cirtical error appears and the game closes.

    Code:
    2013.6.8 14:02:57 [gtick=1 lgticks=1]
    build date : mon apr 08 02:14:58 2013

    os : windows7(32) 6.1 (build: 7600), service pack 0.0
    cpu : authenticamd  amd athlon(tm) ii x3 425 processor @ 2695 mhz 4095mb ram
    video : ati radeon hd 4650 (1129)
    poscode : ls12(488) 0:0:0 3/0 [387]
    video resources : 0 mb

    history: general protection fault!

    history: cauthsocket::initsocket <- authsocketinit <- unetworkhandler::requestauthlogin
    <- pas:7cb10000 <- nconsolewnd::requestauthlogin
    <- nconsolewnd::initialize <- nconsolewnd::init <- ugameengine::initconsole
    <- ugameengine::init <- initengine

    exception:
    code [exception_access_violation]
    address [0x764849bc]
    offset from base [0x564849bc]
    so i went to my kis 2012 and added all the exceptions. i updated my video card drivers. i tried deleting system and frost folder and recovering it, still no reaction. the polish forums didn't help either. i feel helpless. this is strange because i remember when the america/european beta of f2p l2 came out, i played a little bit and it worked fine.

    does anybody know anything how to solve this problem ?

    thanks in advance.

    t-time

    well, everything seems to be fine, no errors in files were found, net diagnostics also didn't find anything, frost also no errors, diagnostic process didn't find any errors :(

    dear t-time

    the causes for your critical errors can only really be dealt with by the polish team's technical staff as they are using a different client to ours.
    any advise we try and give you at this point is pretty pointless as you have already advised us that you have no issues with the na or eu clients and only the pl client is causing these criticals, so, the problem is likely to be isolated to their client.
    im afraid you will have to push them for some more help looking into why only their client is causing your critical errors.

    regards.
