    hello, i have this huge problem.

    before the lindvior update i was a mentee (currently lvl 85), now that the mentoring system changed i'm supposed to have diplomas or mentee certificate but i don't have them. please check it, thanks.

    my character name is fiura.


    btw, when i try to create an in-game ticket, it disconnects me.

    same problème for me

    certificat look missing for people that was 85 during the update
    no in wh, no in inventory and mail was empty

    as elesmira advised, this is an issue that we were aware of and you will need to create a ticket to support if your item is still missing.
