Possible problem with blunt weapon crit rate

i'm also not sure if this is funcional or text bug, but all blunt type weapons (1h and 2h/dual) give me the same crit rate as swords, although the description still displays that blunts should have lower base crit rate in comparison to swords (6.0 instead of 8.0).
only fists have decreased crit rate that is according to description.

i have found this issue on pts on r99 grade weaponry and i'm not sure if it exists on live server because i don't have access to such high grade items.
on low grade weapons (below r grade) the blunt crit rate seems to be lower than swords, according to description.

yeah, i guess its stat bug, blunt shouldn't have same crit rate as sword after all

 

perhaps coz of the dual weap mastery ?
