Dual class switch using Chaos Essence (Dual Class)

i am not sure if i have posted in the right section, as i am not sure if this is a real bug or a feature.
so i have recently rejoined the server with this new update called lindvior. everything was nice and well, i have updated my main class to sigel phoenix knight, after my initial choice (sigel shilien knight). so at this point i still have one chaos essence left in my inventory for the main class.
after i finished with my main class, i have changed on dual class and tried to do same:
first i have chosen aeore cardinal, but after a while i noticed that i want to change it into aeore shilien saint; but surprise, i cannot do that because i still have that chaos essence for main class in my inventory.

the problem is that i cannot get rid of that chaos essence (it cannot be destroyed/traded/stored in warehouse).
what do i have to do now? wait until that disappears on its own? this doesn't seem normal to me. gladly, i have a few days window between the two chaos essence timers. but what if somebody updated their classes (main / dual) in a few minutes difference? in this case it is a very high chance for them to miss the deadline and have their chaos essences gone, before having the chance to change their dual class (if they want to).

the different for my main sub is like few mins and this is a ****

 

if anyone still has one chaos essence left in inventory after selecting your main class path and are now looking to change their dual class and are stuck because of the extra main class essence in the inventory then they should contact support so that the staff can physically remove the non-needed main class essence.
