About vitality items and buffs

i have made the same question on the l2 store but i didnt took an answer so i make a specific topic.i want to ask the buffs for bonus xp and maintain that the 3 new kits contain in l2 store will prevent us from have drops on any instance(fortuna/istina/kartia/spezion) yes or no?if i buy those kits and use them will i be able to have drops in my inventory?plus the gm buffs with the vit bonus i have will prevent me also from having drops?cause on lindvior patch notes i saw that if you have vitality items you will not recieve any drop in your inventory?is it true?i would like to get an answer from gm or developers or someone who know that 100%.so to be sure if i go tuna and want drops dont buy the kits and dont use them in istina or spezion or anywhere else.

yes. it doesn't affect drops at all since lindvior.

no. that was about weapon/armor pouches. they don't drop since they provided unidentified items, and in lindvior there is no more supply of these items.
you get drops as normal with vitality items.
