ivory tower and grind till 49, pailaka, grind a little then outlaw quest, then grind till 55 forsaken
the last real "quest chain" is at ivory tower. most people are around lvl 45 when they finish. you have to grind to level 50 with daylies and kama/laba. at level 50 you can get another one-time quest. btw: don't forget the cruma quests. they start at blacksmith kusto in giran (lvl 40+). they give a lot of exp :d
