Change dualclass

i have problem i can't change my dualclass i have item but npc say i dont have in ionventory eny essence.
i try change my main i can but i can't change class on dualclass ! so suport or gm change my dualclass now is sws change to prophet !

you need to use all essence on main class and then you will be able to use essence on dual.so if you have decide the class you want to be on main use the 2 essence to switch to another class and then back to the one you want so after this you can use the essence for your dual class.or else do a support ticket and ask to remove the essence of your main so you can use the essence of your dual.

 

i can't change class with gk to gk so suporter or gm dell maine essense to change main ! becouse cant use essence to dualclass ! congratulaction innova !

 

dude tell me what class are you on main and how many chaos essence you have so i can tell you exectly what you need to do

then as i told you and us sweet also said use the support ticket.i tohught you had 2 for main and tld you to switch and then swich back on main just to earn time from the support ticket.but since you have only one your only way is what sweet said and the link i already post you

as you said, you got only 1 essence for main class and no essences ( for dual-class ).
to make it clear; you can only change class on dual-class, if you have awakened it before lindvior update.
if you have awakened you dual class after lindvior update, you cannot change class because you don't take any essences.
so, probably you have awakened you dual class after lindvior update and you cannot change.
just tell us, if u awakened ur dual to sws before or after lindvior, cuz as i see u might not need further support .... things seem to be clear ...
