poison debuff stacked

in wastelands i saw numerous times mobs casting poison and 3-4 of them stacked at me

this is work as intended. you can have multiply poison debuff on yourself.

it's absolutely illogical. for example how you can get 3x flu at the same time? or how you can bleed more then once?
it's really stupid game feature. it's incredibly powerful attack.

correct me if im wrong but in patch notes i cant find a change in that system
they still are
one debuff and if another one casted it will be ignored untill the first passed out you cant have three poisons debuffs in you at the same time
