Can't log to server

hello. today i tryed all day to log to server, everything is fine but when it gets to choose server, i see the name core, i press confirm and nothing happens. my friend allways log from first time and i tryed hundreds of times and nothing. any suggestions how to solve this problem?

 

how can i check server port? maybe my internet blocking it?
