check priest ougoros for bug

i read in a old post that someone kept kiling ougoros but after update as i know noone can get in as long as take the quest take the best shot as it deleted.also he is kiling ougoros every 5 min that he is respawn it.he is still doing it , pls chech it before is too late for the economy of the server because he pick up 1 milion adena every 5 min at least.the name of the character which kills the ougoros is "j" but when i try to pm the system tell me tha is not online, but i see him too killing ougoros
