hello after reaching level 85 and have done the quest for awekening, i do not find in my warehouse the mentee certificate, this is normal and i have to wait for them 86 or is there a bug?
you should receive it by mail. there have been some issues with the certificate i believe as well. check: https://4gameforum.com/showthread.php?t=16977&p=116433#post116433 (ofc make sure you were an actual mentee when you did 4th class)
did you have a mentor when you hit 85? if you did not have a mentor then you do not get rewarded for being a mentee. otherwise as suggested above read the info in the above link.
sure that i had a mentor from lvl 1, at the moment of awakening i lost mentor, but i have not received the mentee certificate, maybe because i had the warehouse full?
you will not find at your werehouse. it is supposed to be sent to you via mail...if this did not happen, contact support.
