time for a PA upgrade in features?

recently ncsoft launched there version of pa called monthly subsc...i mean 'prestige package' (15usd a month). including one thing i find very interesting. ill quote it;

prestige rune (30-day):
* adena drop amount +100% (not needed)
* item drop rate +100%
* spoil drop rate +100%`

rest is basicly the same without the x2 for exp weirdly enough. currently with the lindvior expansion, crafting stuff and the economy of core it would probably give a good boost to get things going again until the next expansion, what do you think?

 

you can't compare the droprate of innova with ncwest, they lowered the adena drop globally by 100-200% there and now they introduce this... sounds to me like they want to earn money from adena sellers who need to invest these packs in their bots lol.

i don't think 100% adena drop increase would be good for core, it will just cause things to get more expensive making it so people without premium have like no chance to buy anything without premium.

if they want to boost the economy drop/spoil rate increase could be good.

 

good point, i assumed this was a general change that affected all regions of l2, could you send me a source of this?

i can remember from bloody swampland to get about 2-4k per mob, after they changed it it was only 500-1200. but the situation there is much different as they lowered the adena because every farm spot is covered in bots so they lowered it a lot. the prices on auction house there didn't rly change with it though, lol

 

thanks for the info, indeed now it seems like a _very_ lame attempt to get people paying even more (including the bots). i was on naia today and the prices are indeed going nuts. so lets forget about the adena but the other 2 points still stand i think.

 

what i like about premium account here is that it is not creating a disballance for having it. if they do what ncwest did, it will create that disballance between players who enjoy the game for free and others, who pay for it. my 2 cents, i don't like it.

 

sweetnight and qre8tive are right!you can't introduce this here cause west and core are totally different from all points of view which means those who have premium and are hardcore players will have more advantages and sell things more expensive thinking that everyone has premium but i know ppl who don't use premium cause this is just a game and they come only to have fun with this game.lets not make it harder for ppl who don't have premium.i have and i could say "oh y nice idea do it!" but it is so unfair for those who don't have so my vote on this is no.

 

that feature was some time ago on russian servers (adena and drop increase) and people did not accept into parties people without pa. so, it's not a good idea.

 

excatly like it. first question was: "you have pa?" quite often. however i remember in loa in h5 times adean from kariks like +200k per mob )))
