    it's not really about helpdesk itself, it's about support team response time. till now i have had submited 4 questions, 3 of them took support team 2-3 days to answer, last one is still not answered, which i had submited 2 days ago. what is the problem? do they have so much work or did they become a bit lazy during summer?

    summer time is not = lazy people... it is = reduced personal, because people need rest, you know :) i am sure they are responding as soon as it is possible (you realize it is not only you asking something i hope) :)

    i understand that some part of personel are on vacations during summer, but that doesn't mean that i will silently wait since my items have been stolen and i can't play normally. (i just secretly hoped that this post will speed things up a little :d )

    as i got informed directly from horatio, they are overloaded with tasks, so helpdesk question solving will take more time than before.

    but from tomorrow on we are returning back to the normal working mode, which means 99% tickets and requests will be processed within 24 hours.

    guys show some understanding they are humans!its summer so they leave for vacation each one of them by turn and those who stay back try to do their best till all staff is back again!it might take them 2 days to answer now that some of them are away but at least they answering and trying!

    ok i had a similar situation my stuff was stolen and yes it took some days to get all back , but understand this they also have to check that your stuff was really stollen and not maybe deleted or mis sold etc by you it all takes time and with many other people asking things of them most of them are multi tasking several requests at once , just try to be a little understanding and think about the process they have to go through to ensure all is correct.

    a recomondation from me you might do better to maybe horatio or other forum admin to maybe ask them if they could kindly remind who ever in support is looking into your problem that yu are still waiting rather than coming here and publicaly moan about them.

    so conclusion try have a little more understanding of the human things take time and dont just happen at click of your fingers :cool:

    think if it was nc soft you wouldnt recieve any items back if they were stolen from you and possibly a 7 day wait for your ticket to be acknolledged......
