Rare crystal fragments!!!

    i want to ask the developers how it is posible now to make a rare crystal......except lvl 99 which ocassionally u can get from item broker?; the r grade one and especially r95 since the "so smart" developers +staff of l2 team nerfed the drop system. for example the r95 fragmets drop from kalios ( never seen a single drop since lindvior update) and spicula that drops only useless recipes.....since is almost imposible to craft smth.

    looking forward for an answer.

    you mean soul crystal ? those can be bought in some instance.

    moreover, you can get fragment by winning ceremony of chaos.
