The installation of the new version of 4game doesn't work

sometimes when i try to play and i click "play" the following window appears.

then i click on "now" but nothing happens. do not receive any type of update or anything. as much as i try this update doesn't work.
i can't get to play because the stupid window is showed again and again.
as i said, this doesn't happen always, only sometimes. i tried to reinstall the application 4game but hasn't solved the problem. there is a solution that works for me, restart the computer. however, this solution is quite annoying. so i wonder if there is another solution or fix for this bug.

 

you might not uninstaled old 4game correctly, that why the files from the old one is still ***ing around, that the thing i faced! its based on what kind of os u have and how bad your pc is ***ed up, but try bouth ways - uninstal whit aplication from 4game folder and control panel way as well. download again but show 4game different place to install, l2 ofc set the same place so u dont get ours of useless d-loading!
