    hello,

    please try the following:

    1. rename frostcollector.dll in the 'frost' folder, for example, to frostcollector1.dll;
    2. download the valid file and copy it into the 'frost' folder;
    3. run l2.exe.exe in the 'system', close the game window; ignore any error messages, they are ok this time;
    4. delete frostcollector.dll from the 'frost' folder;
    5. rename frostcollector1.dll to frostcollector.dll;
    6. restore the game client.

    should this not help, please contact the support team.
