Blade dancer rhythms

dont really get these skills.
i suppose they are better than dances?why do i get both if dances are useless compared to rhythms?
and on description it says that the buff stayes for 2h,tho it stays for 2mins

 

then do a bug report for the description thank you

 

1 - you get the dance first, then in a later level the rythem, so just use the rythem then i presume.
2 - its a description error, the duration is correct, it has the same error on ncwest.

 

how can you mistake an hour for a minute...
