Logitech mouse issues.

i've been using a logitech mouse on ncwest servers for years, and i recently moved to innova servers. the mouse i use is a logitch m510, which has two side buttons and the scroll wheel also flicks to the right and left for additional buttons. i use logitech setpoint software to keybind these buttons to ctrl+i ctrl+o and f10 and f11. on ncwest servers this works perfectly to map skills with, but for some reason it wont work on innova servers. does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this problem?

the logitech software is blocked by frost security and does not allow to interact with lineage 2.
