Disconnected on siege day

hello, i just joined this server a few weeks ago and noticed i get multiple disconnects during the siege. today it has started even before the siege, i've been disconnected twice now waiting for kartia. all the other days i have no problem i can stay connected for hours upon hours, but once there is some type of spike of people on your server i am disconnected repeatedly. i don't really know what i can do about this, because sieges are pretty important and i enjoy them, but the way it is now i can't see how i can even attend.

 

as far as i know sieges are not today...

 

what server are you playing? xd you got disconnected in siege ? how? what siege? are you a time traveler?

first of all check if you dont get disconnected by your router. it might be a coincidence as someone else downloading and you get disconnected.

when you are assured its not it, please try the leatrix fix latency. in most cases it does help.

try those solutions and reply if it worked or not

 

my bad i guess the siege wasn't today, but still it seems that i get disconnected when there is a bunch of people online. i know its not my router/connection because it has happened from different locations/isps. i was telling my clan about it, and people agree that they get d/c during instances or times when there is a lot of people on also.

 

was just disconnected twice trying to do kartia 85 group. i don't know if i'll be able to play here if it's like this.

oh, and i did install leatrix fix yesterday.

 

please try these solutions.

thank you. i installed the advanced systemcare application and am running it now. the ping of the ip in your guide gave me 100% packet loss... so, is that still the correct ip, or?

 

please save information to the file and write proper ticket to our support team where you will have more comprehensive solution.

you are loosing packets somewhere , it might be your provider fault. instead of wondering , better write to support.

last siege i was dc 4 times, every single day i get dc atleast 3 times... only when i am trying to do instances or siege. fix your server dudes... anytime a party comes near my party for pvp or there is a lot of people in 1 spot i am dc... how can i play here if i get dc so much? try to do antharas instance now and i just dc dc dc... cant get back into instance by my clan cuz i port in no buff and mobs all around they cant rez from the otherside of the room... fix yer sh it.

 

mby u just live too far away and ur connection not stable when sending heavy/alot of packages :/ anyway innova have to look for this problem, but ofc they can't if you do not send them files or create tickets... spamming on forum won't help u much...

 

report: i have successfully stayed connected for the past 6 hours with no disconnects.. it only happens during peak hours..

new report: i have since got a membership with battleping and it has worked perfectly. i now stay connected all day long, all instance long, and have been enjoying your server very much.
