Name change ticket - previous name

my first post here and already a question !

when using a name change ticket from the store, does the previous name of the character you change becomes available to use ? for exemple, i want to change the name of one of my characters and use this previous name for another character. on nc west, according to this page http://www.lineage2.com/en/marketplace/account-services/name-change-service.php , the previous name cant be never used again. is it different here or the same rules apply ?

the nickname is free and can be used again if you want. moreover, you can switch the nicks of two characters on the same account using two name change tickets.

thank you for your quick answer. unfortunatly, the characters names i want to switch are on separate accounts, so i guess i have to do it in two steps. if there is a faster way to do it i'd gladly like to know.
