URGENT - ARIA transferred CHARACTER disappeared

    hy all,

    i have a serious problem.
    i started playing on aria last year.
    i stopped but now i wanna continue the game, i installed l2 and when i logged in, i was surprised:

    my character was naked, lvl1 "new character" tough i was ~70 bishop.
    after my name there is a "_aria", i know, because i started with the same name on core last year as well.

    so need help!
    what to do?
    where is my character?

    game issues cannot be solved on forum. you have to contact support team and supply them with your informations about this issue.
