Game cards for in-game currency

hi, i want to know if innova will adopt the business model that ncwest adopted which is converting game cards into nccoins or are they not allowed to do such a thing?

 

no infos atm.we are all still waiting for these infos...

because there aren't any forced subscription for lineage2, '4game' are already using nccoins-like system at russian official l2 servers, same services should be at '4game europe' too.

there are nothing to convert here, because ncwest changed their business model for some games to f2p, so they had to do such convertion.

 

by thinking logically ingame currency is neccescary because innova need to keep servers alive from moneys players pay for services and paid items.
totally free server without donate will not bring good results because innova needs to spend their money then.

 

i think it's established that innova will have a cash shop which means that you can buy various items and xp boosts etc with real money. now what i want is to convert the game cards into some kind of currency to be able to buy that kind of stuff as well because i don't own a credit card.

 

ncwest game card is certain system used only for ncsofts subscription-based (p2p) games. that currency got forced converted, because game become free. (f2p) if i'm right to pay for play you still need credit card, something like paypal. actualy i don't know how to explain right this one.

what he actually means is that he wants to know if we would be able to buy innova game cards in europe and turkey

 

suggestion: ( i havent searched to see if there is such an option but if not here goes) it would be cool and make our lives easier if they could adopt paysafe cards. you can buy it even at a mini-market. so we buy a paysafe card equals to 25eur we put the code and we buy innova coins or whatever.
that way players of any age wont need a credit card but still be able to support their favorite game

 

well technically if ncsoft wouldn't exist, innova wouldn't have the legal rights to take over europe and make a business out of lineage ii, i believe part of the money that innova will make out of micro-transactions will go to ncsoft so the idea doesn't seem too farfetched to me. they could make a deal to share the profits over buying a game card. for example i'm buying an ncsoft card, i enter the code on innova's site and when i do that ncsoft would have to transfer 50% of the card's value or whatever their deal with the cash shop is to innova.

if innova doesn't share the profits from micro-transactions with ncsoft then yeah i agree with your "lol". this would be solvable if ncsoft could just pay innova the whole sum of the game card's value but maybe that's just too much work for them to do in a short amount of time and i don't blame them for that.

i'm over 20 and the reason for not having a credit card is because i never needed one up until now.
