wearing a single dagger increases lethal strike rate by 5%. th - 10% lethal strike buff for 2 min gh - 20% lethal strike buff for 2 min wr - 20% lethal strike buff for 2 min epeisodion update will be buffing these classes further with lethal strike rate. you can either half kill or lethal strike, i think half kill goes through cp and straight onto hp and i think lethal strike reduces cp to 1 or if no cp, hp to 1. truth is i don't have an answer on what the result is anymore, but othell's definetly land half kills and lethal strikes in pvp.

lethal strike was possible when god was 1st released with skill reverse which then had 5 minutes reuse...i think after harmony update it was removed. now it is just half kills
the skills you are talking about (maximum mortality) is about blow type skills land rate, not chance for half-kill
i have seen in http://wiki.terragamers.net/index.php?title=othell_rogue_developer_notes this: fundamentally improve the blow-type skill damage. increasing the power of blow-type skills by giving the character's dex value an influence on the damage created by those skills. what this means? what diference would be between increas str or dex talking about blow damage?
